The Wedding of Liz and Ben Mansbridge . . .
Sooo . . . here we designed a fantastic wedding. We met Liz and Ben well over a year ago to discuss all ideas and options for their venue, Rhinefield House. This is a popular venue that we regularly work our magic on.
Their colour theme was Burgundy Reds and Ivories. Liz was very much on the ball with her wedding ideas and knew exactly what she wanted. We had to adapt slightly to Liz as she hated foliage! So we need designs that would work with no foliage. Liz and Ben both saw something in my portfolio and we tweaked it slightly, removing all foliage. The design was a sphere of flowers sat on top of a 60cm Cylinder vase – and dam – it was heavy! I literally had to climb onto the tables as the design could not be lifted!
We also supplied Liz with Ivory Lanterns for her aisle (which were then moved to outside), a ‘Mr and Mrs’ sign for the King’s Room Fireplace, 4 x Bay Trees with suitable containers, Storm Lamps and Fairy Lights. We also provided her with Cotton Chair covers with a matching sash to the wedding.
Liz also had good attention to detail. She required all Napkins to have a Burgundy Red ribbon tied around the cloth. As this is a very time consuming task, the Napkins were collect by myself from Rhinefield House, 4 days before the wedding.
I have received a lovely thank you message from Liz and Ben, both via Facebook and card. It’s always nice to hear from couples once the day is over and out!
” Dear Natalie, Just wanted to say a massive Thank you for the amazing flowers and venue dressing at our wedding. Thank you so much for all your hard work and everything you did We knew the flowers were going to be great, but you completely exceeded our expectations and the guests were in completely in awe of how amazing the tables looked! My bouquet was out of this world and there are no words to describe our amazement at the reception flowers including the fireplace, ceremony table and aisle decorations and the kings room.
Thank you for all you help to make our day so perfect, we wish you all the luck with your future! Thanks again Liz and Ben Mansbridge x x “
